This has never been more true, on global level, than with the climate & ecological crisis. We are more likely to work towards a sustainable, multispecies future if we can imagine what it looks like. Climate Change Reimagined, a commission from the Dubai Expo’s 2017 Museum of the Future, reminds us of the crossroads at which we stand as a human species. By visualizing the diverging paths that lead to diverging futures - one lush, green, and equitable; the other burnt, barren, and unjust - the audience finds themselves immersed in a grand ‘choose your own adventure’ experience where the stakes have never been higher. Will we help along the transition to this just, sustainable, and beautiful world? It is up to each one of us.
